Carers look after a partner, friend or relative who has physical or mental health difficulties, a learning disability, alcohol or substance misuse, or is ill, frail or elderly.

Redbridge Carers Support Service (RCSS) aims to make a positive difference to the lives of unpaid carers in the diverse communities of Redbridge by providing them with a range of services, support and recognition. We are here to provide support and help you when you need it.

We offer information and advice, training, ongoing support and respite through our support groups, social outgoings and health and wellbeing activities. We support carers over the age of 17 years, ensuring that each case is treated in a confidential manner.
